Cheese stuffed Breakfast Boule Recipe and giveaway

Let me just start of by saying we are a house of cheese lovers and I do not say that lightly. My youngest actually dreams about cheese and has been known to sleep walk to the fridge to get herself some cheese. A few years ago I almost purchased a cheese farm so to say we love cheese is an understatement. It’s at every meal from cheese pancakes for breakfast to cheese rollups for lunch, homemade cheese crackers for a snack and dinner is always sprinkled with the freshly grated yumminess. 

The holidays are a time to reconnect with family and friends, and often that means opening up your home to out-of-towners and I happen to be that guest. Over the Thanksgiving holiday I ended up staying with several different friends and my contribution the breakfast table was an easy to make addition rustic breakfast boule stuffed with Arla Dofino cheese and olives. So simple and delicious, its gone within minutes!
Cheese Stuffed Breakfast Boule:
1 fresh boule bread
Arla Dofino cheese (we used gouda and havarti)
1/2 stick melted butter
1/4 cup heavy cream
1 egg (used for egg wash)
pitted black olives pieces, diced tomato or green peppers (optional)
Slice the bread both ways but be sure not to cut all the way to the bottom, you’ll want the boule loaf to hold together. Next stuff with cut pieces or gouda and havarti or your favorite kind of cheese. Then you can add in olives or diced tomatoes or even green peppers if you’s like. Drizzle in the melted butter and heavy cream, then final brush on the egg wash and wrap in foil.
 Bake at 400 degrees for 15-20 minutes
serve warm
Goes great with scrambled eggs and breakfast sausage!!
