Back to School with SMILES

Only a few more weeks of lazy summer mornings and beach time. How on earth will I get 4 kids to 4 different schools through all the rain and mud puddles? School lunches, snacks and homework? Sometimes it feels less like juggling and more like I’m jumping through hoops to get everything done.  Usually after the first month the kids settle into their own routines to get all their schoolwork done. At least will still have our evenings together, helps to get out all the extra energy out.

There will always be time to spend on our love of hula hooping and sunsets at the bay and enjoy family fun time!!

Watching them all play together always brings a smile to my face, and to keep up there smiles throughout the long school day, I like to add
Goldfish® Snacks into the lunch boxes.
Since this year I will officially have 3 teenagers in the house, they now like to pack their own lunches and it usually includes extra Goldfish® Snacks to share with all their friends.

Fuel the Knowledge with Pepperidge Farms Goldfish

How did I to get two teenagers to study over spring break?

Almost the same as when I’d ask them to pick up their toys as a toddler, Pepperidge Farms Goldfish crackers and a walk outside to watch the sunset.

There’s no way around studying, less than 2 weeks before the 4 hour long test, kind of glad it wasn’t need when I was in high school, wish I had an older sister to help me with school work and grew up in such a beautiful place with sand instead of snow.
But I can’t imagine how many more freckles I might have had, if there was this much sunlight my hometown of Buffalo.

As the kids get older it seems like things can get all the more crazier, and once the warm weather hits, which is right now, the kids are often struck by spring fever. Our solution is simple!

Fresh air, sunshine and fuel for our knowledge is key to happiness!
Well not sure about everywhere, but here in lower Alabama on the Eastern Shore, we revel in its ceaseless beauty.
